Recently, I was given a chance to stay at Saltimboca Tourist Inn. The opportunity was just timely as I was needing a very good rest from the previous days where I had some problems with sleeping.
The place was very familiar to me, but that was the first time I slept in the place.

Saltimboca is a good place to stay in Bacolod City for the following reasons:
1. Affordable rates. It’s something that is priced right, especially for families who are looking for a homey place to stay. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep in, then I’d recommend this. It’s very basic – basic bed, aircon, clean bathroom – don’t expect anything more. They have free breakfast, but it’s also basic. But if you want something more, just cross the street and have your breakfast at C’s Café at L Fisher Hotel.

2. Good Location. Saltimboca Tourist Inn is located behind Balay Quince, along Lacson Street where the famous Calea is found. It is across L’Fisher Hotel and Felicias and other good establishments. It is easy to commute when you stay in Saltimboca Tourist Inn. While the place doesn’t have a 24-hour restaurant to serve its guests, Saltimboca Tourist Inn is accessible to the main road and is near all the tourist spots and great dining places you could visit while in the city. You can either walk or take a jeepney ride exploring the rest of the city. 3. Homey ambiance. Saltimboca Tourist Inn has a gazebo and a garden wherein you can relax while sipping a cup of coffee…it is a place to stay that will remind you of home.
4. Privacy. Saltimboca Tourist Inn offers the privacy that you may need. You can swim in their pool and have it to yourself (or with a few guests).
5. Clean rooms. They have the basic amenities a traveller needs when traveling. Hot and cold shower, clean linens…just bring your own shampoo. The also have wifi but is only accessible at the main lobby. The overall of their facilities look clean, they use the Pressure Washing Cypress services once a month to make sure the facilities look as best as possible.
