7 MUST TRY DISHES AT ZHARNSS GRILL, BACOLOD CITY

Have you already tried Zharnns Grill? Located at Goldenfield Commercial Complex, Singcang, Bacolod City (near Aboy‘s). Zharnns Grill is another dining alternative for people who love Filipino Cuisines.

The place is very simple and casual, ideal for group and fun dining.

Recently, I was invited to attend their 3^rd Year Anniversary and to try some of their sellers. And yes, they are worth visiting…

Here, are some of my favorites in their menus. Unfortunately (but lucky me), I cannot really show you the actual serving size of their food as that was a buffet dinner which I have tried.

Here are some of the food that I’ve tried, which you might want to try when you visit the place.

 

1. Bulalo

Topping my list is the Bulalo. I just love the way beef shanks and marrow bones were cooked until the collagen  and fat have melted into the clear broth. This is a must try!

2. Boneless Lechon

Not many restaurants are doing boneless lechon and one of the restaurant doing this in Bacolod is Zharnns Grill. While some claimed that the recipe is their original, the boneless lechon actually is a local version of Italian Porchetta. When you visit Zharnns Grill you will see how they do the roasting.

 

3. Crispy Pata

Zharnns’ crispy pata was just perfect especially the moment you dipped it in vinegar.

4. Lechon Kawali

Others love it when dipped in catsup or other sauce. But I simply love Lechon Kawali  when paired with vinegar.

5. Bakareta

I’ve heard that they are doing the real Kaldereta (goat’s meat), but I haven’t tried it yet. Their bakareta is perfect for any meat lover.

 

6. Beef Salpicao

I just love the cubed beef sirloin that is so tender with lots of minced garlic …the seasoning was just right.

7.Cansi Steak

On regular days, they are serving sizzling cansi steak. The sauce of their cansi steak was just perfect!

These were some of the food placed in their buffet table, but they have a wide array of dishes available every day and at a very good deal. I will try more on their seafood next time.
