Of all the cakes and pastry shops in Bacolod City, Calea made it first in the list of the Negros Bloggers. In Bacolod City, we can say that they were the first who really made a name in this category. Now they are not only popular amongst Bacolenos but among the tourists as well. Located right in front of L’ Fisher Hotel.

Another name who’s getting very popular in the sweets industry in Bacolod City is the Felicia’s. They have several outlets now in the city which you can visit during your visit.

C’s Café is located right in front of the L’Fisher Hotel. A small café favored by many for short coffee breaks. The place also serves other snacks and breakfast items.

The dark horse in the survey is the very new Pastry Shop, Tiffany’s Confection. Located at the Market place near the New Government Center. It’s quite surprising that people go and visit the place to try and wind at Tiffany’s Confection. It wouldn’t be surprising that this café would end up one of the best in Bacolod in few years to come.

- Café Bob’s, Lacson
The name Bob’s is known to be one of the best restaurants in Bacolod City. A few years ago, they also started Cakes and Pastry Line under the Brand Café Bob’s. Café Bob’s has its own free-standing shop along Lacson Street; a branch at Robinsons Place and Gaisano City.

I will make sure to visit all these cakes / pastry shop when I do get the chance to go to Bacolod. So far, everything that friends and relatives brought home for me from their trips were all so good. I got my eyes set on the cakes from Felecias, they all look divine!
of all the pastry shops you recommended, I am rooting to visit the Felecias’. Can’t wait to try their oreo cheesecake.
My favorite is the Chocolate Macadamia. It look so tempting. I can smell it from here.
