As a foreigner who has never heard of Campuestohan until very recently, I find this article sufficiently showcases the resort. The information and photos really gave me a good idea of what to expect here. The intro is great; it truly encapsulates the resort and what it has to offer. The descriptions, and particularly the listing of prices, are very useful. There are minor grammatical and spelling errors throughout the article, but the content is still perfectly comprehensible.

I like how there were photos along with most of the headers as they were helpful in providing a visual to the descriptions, although sometimes I was a bit confused as to which header a photo belonged to. What threw me off was how there was no photo for no. 3 so by default I associated the photo of the horse with the train and carousel. It took me a moment to figure things out lol! So instead of placing the photo above the header, perhaps you can make things clearer to your readers by placing the photo below each header and description. Maybe it’s just the way my brain works, but I find things easier to follow when there’s a description first and then a visual to illustrate what I’ve just read as opposed to seeing a visual I know nothing about first and then the description to explain it. This is a minor issue, of course, and easily fixable. It’s simply a matter of formatting.

Speaking of descriptions, I like how some of the features were described, such as no. 2 for instance. It wasn’t too long, but at the same time it was descriptive enough to tell me what to expect. I only wish some of the other features were described in as much detail. No. 3 in comparison, is kind of vague especially since there’s no photo to illustrate it. It would be nice to know some details like what the train and carousel look like or specifically what kind of food is served at the pavilion (is it traditional Filipino food, American/Western, etc.?)

Something else I noticed throughout the article is how the narrative switches between “you” and “we”. Refer to nos 6 and 7 for example. It would probably be best (and more professional looking) if your narrative was uniform throughout the article and you stuck with either the “you” or “we” perspective. “This is what you can do” “This is what you can experience here” or “This is what we did” “This is what we experienced here”. Although I would say the “you” perspective is from a more professional marketing angle while the “we” perspective is more from a blogging angle.

And lastly, there were a couple words and phrases that weren’t clear to me: “no corkage is an indictment” and “a small brandy that you will pass through”. I understand no corkage, but I’m not sure what you mean by it being an indictment? Unless it’s simply a typo, is no corkage to be condemned or something? And the only “brandy” I know is an alcohol unless this is some new slang or a translation from Filipino I’m not aware of? I, and perhaps others, might like clarification on this lol.

Overall, this is an informative article and very helpful for foreigners like me who have known nothing about Campuestohan Highland Resort. I hope you ladies get a chance to write more marketing articles like this as I’m confident you’ll gain the skills to hook in your readers in a creative and professional manner. I had no clue such a unique place as this existed in the Bacolod area so thank you for introducing me to this resort. I’d definitely like the opportunity to visit it sometime! #Julina
