When visiting Iloilo City, one must try the seafood and the city’s signature dishes like the La Paz Batchoy. One of the most popular places where people go apart from the modern restaurants of the city is the La Paz Market. At La Paz market you have the option to choose between Netong’s, Ted’s or Deco ’s, three big names when it comes to Batchoy.
At La Paz Market, you will also find the Madge’s Cafe, a family-owned coffee shop that serves native coffee using the traditional method.

Another beautiful place worth to visit in Iloilo City is the Camiña Balay nga Bato. The imposing structure was built between 1860 and 1865.
