Training will always be my passion. I love to give   talks and workshops and interact with different kinds of people. While browsing my Planner for 2014, I was surprised of the number of Trainings I have done for this year with my Training outfit INTRASPEC Management Consultancy. Here’s the list of my Training Engagements for 2014:

Batch 2 of the Human Resource Empowerment and responsiveness Trail Training for UNO-R

6  BATCHES OF “HUMAN RESOURCE EMPOWERMENT AND RESPONSIVENESS TRAIL TRAINING”    FOR THE UNO-R FACULTY AND STAFF

The “HUMAN RESOURCE EMPOWEREMENT AND RESPONSIVENESS TRAIL TRAINING”  for the faculty and staff of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos is one of my most memorable training engagement for this year. I am a product of UNO-R, this is where I finishes my BS in Psychology, completed the academic requirements for my Masters in Public Administration and of course my Doctorate Degree (PHD) in Business  Administration.  The participants in the six batches  of training were a combination of Non-Teaching  and Teaching Personnel from Elementary to College (Faculty Members, Department Heads, Principals  and Deans). It was an amazing experience speaking before your former teachers. Some of my former teachers were amazed that I could still recall their nuances and favorite lines many years back.

5 BATCHES OF  UPGRADING TRAINING FOR CENECO FRONTLINERS (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

I’d been conducting trainings for CENECO for many years now. For this year they asked me to conduct five Batches of an upgrading seminar in Customer Service.

Participants in these  trainings were a combination of Rank and File, Supervisors and Managers of Central Negros Electric Cooperative. The sessions were a combination of short lectures, simulations, exercises and processing. All five batches were held at Sta. Fe Resort Bacolod City.

4  BATCHES OF PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS FOR NWTF (3 DAYS PER BATCH)   ILOILO, CEBU, BACOLOD and BOHOL

For quite a number of years now, I’d been conducting Personnel Effectiveness Training for the Staff of the Negros Women for Tomorrows Foundation for their various branches in the Visayas. The training is composed of three modules: Values, Leadership and Teamwork.

 

3 BATCHES OF SUPERVISORY TRAINING FOR FIRST FARMERS HOLDING CORPORATION  (2 DAYS/BATCH)

First Farmers Holding Corporation always has a soft spot in my heart. I used to work with the company under the Office of the President for almost 6 years way back. What am I doing and who am I today, First Farmers  played a big role –  and coming to share my knowledge is always a heartwarming experience. The training was conducted at the plant site in Talisay.

2   BATCHES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR GOLDEN MUCOVADO

Golden Muscovado is a company managed by my former General Manager Ma’am Belende Gonzaga  of Ship Shops Group of Companies way back the Negros Navigation Years. She is also one of the owners of the said company. Ma’am Belle also took me to conduct the training of customer service for their first batch of employees when they started the company. These two Batches of training had been just a refresher course for their employees serving The Doctors Hospital.

Golden Muscovado is a concessionaire for The Doctors Hospital – Bacolod. Providing Food for all the hospital patients and running the hospital cafeteria.

2 BATCHES OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS UPGRADING SEMINAR FOR QUAN

For more than 10 years now I have been serving as a retainer consultant of Quan Delicacies. Each year I would conduct an upgrading training for the employees to cope with the never ending demands of the customers. People of Quan are continuously trained to delight its customers.

 

Some Engineers of the Norwegian Training Center in Manila. They will soon be deployed in a Norwegian Vessel  Fleet

2 BATCHES OF VALUES, LEADERSHIP AND STRESS MANAGEMENT SEMINAR FOR NTC (3 DAYS /BATCH)

 

The Norwegian Training Center in Manila has been getting me to conduct training for their Electro Cadets which are composed of Electrical Engineers taking a special training to go on board as Electrical Officers on board a Norwegian Vessel Fleet.

2 BATCHES OF TEAMBUILDING FOR DUNAMIS LIVING PRAISE

Of all the trainings I conducted for this year, this group is the most unique. Dunamis Living Praise is a Christian Church, whose Senior Pastor, Ptr. Malou Causing is a close friend of mine. The trainings were conducted to the Pastors and Church Leaders with intentions that they will use the training to their respective small groups. It’s more than gratifying to give back to a group whose purpose is to win souls for Jesus. What a blessing to be given such an opportunity!!!

2 BATCHES OF CONDUCTING EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR FFHC

First Farmers Holding Corporation recently launched their new Performance Appraisal Program. Again ,we were hired to introduce skills to the Supervisors and Managers on how to do it effectively. Appraising Performance is always a dreading experience to many ,that’s  why discussions during the seminar were quite heavy but enriching.

2 BATCHES CUSTOMER RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE SHILOH

 

Employee Discipline has been an issue to many companies. These training were conducted to promote industry peace and promote harmony in the organization.

Teambuilding has been my most in demand  training program to many companies for many years now.

1 PRESENTATION SKILLS FOR LOPEZ CORPORATION

Presentation Skills is one of my favorite topic in training. This is a test on how to impart hard skills in delivering a presentation. Of course, any speakers who are doing this will always  give what they do. The Lopez Sugar Corporation is one company who’s been tapping my services as their trainer since the 1990’s.

1 TEAMBUILDING FOR ASIAN ALCOHOL

I wanna lift my own chair, Bit I guess I am one of the favorite speakers  of Asian Alcohol (Lol). Every year I do training for them either Teambuilding or some Motivational Programs.

1 EFFECTIVE OFFICE SERVICE FOR RIVSON

Rivson is one fast growing company in Bacolod today. After many years of discussions, finally we were able  to realize our plan and the first one was this Effective Office Service Training so that young people can start looking for jobs, this course teaches them how to develop great customers services, how to be a good receptionist and how to make the right choices, like what Reception Furniture to buy Owners of the company really took time to attend and gave their input. Another training is scheduled this weekend.

 

1 TEAMBUILDING FOR BACOLOD DIAGNOSTIC CENTER

It was my first time to conduct a training for the Bacolod Diagnostic Center. The Teambuilding was conducted at the Nature Village in Talisay. The training was attended by all of their employees, including their laboratory personnel.

1 PRESENTATION SKILLS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS TRAINING FOR GC&C (3 DAYS)

GC and C took me as their Resource Person to conduct a training on Presentation Skills and Customer Relations for their Sales Staff. The training was in preparation for the opening of ” The Valley of Peace”one of the best in the Visayas.

1 CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR RIVSON

After  our Effective Office Service Training, the management invited me again to conduct the  second  training for their employees for this year. It’s always heart warming to be invited once again by a former client.

 

1 MAKING YOURSELF MARKETABLE DURING JOB INTERVIEWS WITH JBLF-BACOLOD

 

One my most memorable training engagement with the students of John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation. Participants were very attentive and participative.

1 ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR UNIVERSITY OF BOHOL

This training was made immediately after my training engagement with the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundaton in Bohol. That was my first time in Bohol and at the University of Bohol as well.
