The Philippines, being an archipelago is blessed with so many beautiful beaches. Most of these beaches may not be as popular, but in a short time they will already be at the forefront of travel magazines and would appear on the bucket lists of many travelers.

EL NIDO, PALAWAN

El Nido is blessed with amazing beaches with crystal clear waters. The sea life at El Nido is simply amazing making it one of the best diving spots in the country. Known as the Philippines’ last frontier. Island hopping is the only way to fully experience El Nido.

CORON, PALAWAN

Apart from its amazing beaches, Coron is known for many World War II Japanese Shipwrecks. The shipwrecks which are a favorite wreck diving spots has many rock formations and amazing coral formations with clear waters having visibility for snorkelers water visibility up to 80 feet.   The Forbes Traveler Magazine’s listed Coron as one of the World’s top-10 best scuba diving sites.

 

BORACAY, AKLAN

Boracay Island, known for its sugar-like talcum sand beaches is still no doubt one of the best beach destinations in the Philippines. Vacationers love the party life in Boracay, as well as the countless, must do activities offered at the place.

MALALISON ISLAND, ANTIQUE

Malalison Island is commonly called by the locals as Mararison. The beautiful small Island of  Malalison’ in Culasi, Antique was only seen by media and bloggers after Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) devastated the province. Malalison Island is blessed with white sand and a beautiful rocky beach on one side of the island. If you are visiting Boracay Island, Malalison Island is a best segway as the place is quite near to each other.

PAGUDPUD, ILOCOS NORTE

Claimed to have the longest white sand beach in the country. Windsurfing is amongst the favorite activity in the place. Near the place are great sites offered by Ilocos Norte.

Still waiting to be discovered is the Anda, Bohol. The place offers white sand and clear waters and quite an environment.  The place is dotted with beach resorts ranging from the most expensive down to the place beach resort maintained by the government. If you want a less crowded place for your vacation, Anda, Bohol is a place to be considered.

Another popular tourist destination in the Philippine is the Panglao Island. Alona Beach is the most popular and most visited place on the island because of its clear water and white sand. CAMIGUIN

Camiguin has been regarded by many as one of the most beautiful Islands in the country. Apart from its other popular tourist attractions, Camiguin takes pride of its amazing beaches with powdery white sand that will simply put one in awe. One of the small island in Camuigin known for its talcum-like white sand is the Mantigue. Located at an approximately 3.5 kilometers away from the mainland, Mantigue Island is one must visit beaches in the country. Another popular place in Camuigin is the White Island which is actually a sandbar located at 1.4 kilometers away from the mainland. The White Island is constantly changing its size and shape as commanded for the weather and wind directions.

BIRI ISLAND

Biri Island’s best asset may be is not its beach front but it’s rock formations that have been perfected for thousands of years by the whipping winds and crashing waves. The island which is located in Northern Samar is composed of seven limestone rocks with amazing details like colors, forms, and shapes created by nature. The island was featured several times in various local movies.

  • I've never been in one of these beaitiful place, and I really wanted to visit and relax in these places. Boracay and El Nido are on my bucket list this year! I'll make sure to bring my family too.
