8 FLAVORFUL REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD TRY RIBSHACK

8 FLAVORFUL REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD TRY RIBSHACK

Have you tried the grilled dishes of Ribshack? Ribshack is Bacolod’s homegrown restaurant which just start small but is now making waves in Bacolod City.

Recently, the members of the Negros Bloggers were treated to a sumptuous dinner at Ribshack after our photo shoot for the bloggers’ new Identification Cards.

Surprisingly , Ribshack only offers 8 dishes in their menu and all of these are grilled food ranging from pork, beef, and fish.

As you go through their menu you will surely be tempted to let go of your diet and indulge with offerings of  Ribshack .

Here’re the 8  Flavorful Reasons Why You Should Try Ribshack:

1.BABY BACK RIBS. Ribshack’s bestseller  is made of prime grilled  ribs . This  dish is so tender and savory . The serving of this course  includes one piece of back rib and  comes with rice  for only PhP 175 . Please take note that the photo above is not the usual yielding of this dish.

2. SPARE RIB . Another  flavorsome offering of Ribshack is its freshly grilled spare ribs. When I tasted the meat I can sense that they pounded it to make it extra tender and probably to absorb more flavor from their marination. The usual serving of this dish  consists  of one slice of  juicy spareribs  and it comes with rice and an achara sidings for only  PhP 99.

3. PORK BARBECUE . Another pleasant offering of Ribshack is its pork barbecue . For only PhP 89 you can already have a meal consists of 4 sticks of  barbecue and  rice. I guess the secret of this appetizing dish is on the basting concoction which they use while grilling. It gives the meat a hint of sweetness without overpowering the entire flavor of the pork.

4. BEEF KEBAB.  Good news for the fans  of Kebab. For only PhP 149, you can already enjoy the 3 sticks of juicy and flavorful tenderloin beef . The dish is served with  rice.

5. CHICKEN INASAL. Some restaurants which opened in Bacolod City came up with their own version of the chicken barbecue. I am so happy that Ribshack maintained the  Negrense way of cooking the Chicken Inasal. For only PhP 95 you can have the paa (thigh) with rice and for PhP 99 you can have the pecho (breast)  with rice.

6. JUMBO SQUID.  When I read from their menu “Jumbo Squid” , I already imagined  large squids stuffed with lemongrass or some veggies. But I was wrong, this grilled dish was made of  large chunks of sliced Squid . Honestly, I miss the taste of the squid ink. But I suggest that you should try  this dish because its juicy,  soft and tender. This dish comes with  3 sticks of jumbo squid and a cup of  rice for only PhP 110.

7. BONELESS BANGUS. For me, the secret of a flavorful grilled bangus (milk fish) comes from its freshness, the marination and in cooking. The Ribshack’s Grilled bangus is highly acceptable. The serving  comes with  a whole boneless bangus and a cup of rice for only  PhP 125.

8. BLUE MARLIN. When it comes to blue marlin, I just wanted it grilled. And this dish you are seeing above is just perfect for my taste. It’s juicy, the grilling process was just right and their basting mixture was never overpowering. The price of the grilled blue marlin varies according to the available sizes . PhP 80/100g
