ROAD TRIP TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

It’s vacation time once again, and for our family, one of the activities that excite us is family travel or a road trip just around Negros Occidental. Negros Occidental has so many places which offer great food and exciting views.

Any excellent road trip for us includes proper preparation which provides for packing all the essentials we might be needed during the trip.

A small bag containing all your essentials, water and snack bars

Here are my road trip essentials which I made sure to bring in each of our  road trips:

1.Small Bag. A mall bag is necessary to maintain all your necessities inside the purse.

2. Snacks and beverages. While food tasting is one of our agenda each we make the road trip, we made sure that each time we go, we take along with us some snack. I for one who is a person with diabetes made sure to get something sweet inside my purse.

Never go on a road trip without a sunblock and disinfectants or wipes…

 3. Sunscreen. At times you will go out of the car for some photo op so you will need a sunblock. Talking about sunscreen, I prefer CELETEQUE DermoScience Sun Care Face and Body Sun Defense Cream has SPF50 UVA/UVB Filters that provide double sunscreen protection. It’s light, non-greasy on the skin that is easy to spread and quickly absorbed by the skin, we also recommend to use the best eczema treatment if you suffer from the conditions.

4. Disinfectants. Details such as hand gel or hand wipes would be genuinely useful for cleaning sticky or smelly hands if you had eaten something along the way.

5. Hand-towel.Hand towel comes so handily when you get sweat or when washing your hands.

 6. Jacket or Hoodie. If it gets chilly on the way back, bring some form of screening up to keep you warm.

7.  Camera. A camera is forever my best buddy, to document all the happy moments we have as a household. While cell phones have cameras, it’s still nice to get a DSLR if you desire to take pictures you require.

8. Earphones.  Headphones can come very handy to entertain yourself with some music, especially on your way home and everyone is exhausted.

9. Medicines. Of course, drugs are always part of my packing list. Which includes some pain reliever, loperamide and even hydrite. For the relief of minor aches and pains such as a headache, backache, toothache, our family trusts Unilab’s  Biogesic. Of course, since food tasting is always part of our agenda when we make road trips, we made sure to bring along with us Diatabs and Hydrite.
