I have always been on the lookout for places that can satisfy my sweet tooth. And here in Bacolod, I was able to do just that! A visit to Sofia Bread and Pastries will definitely satisfy all the cake and pastry lovers out there.
Sofia Bread and Pastries opened its first store on September 13, 2013, at #2713 Narra Avenue. Since then they have expanded and now have two more branches in the city. The other branch is near Lopue’s East and the recently opened one is at the O Hotel near Robinson’s Place.

Sofia Bread and Pastries’ Cookies and Cream
- Cookies & Cream has layers of chocolate cake, thick cream and crunchy bits of Oreo cookies. Kids will surely enjoy this delicious mix of flavors.
Sofia Bread and Pastries’ Rainbow Cake
- Rainbow Cake. Another specialty made up of layers of fluffy butter chiffon cake in various colors covered with rich icing. It is not only delicious but appealing to the eyes as well.
I also recommend the yummy Chocolate Mousse with its light chocolate filling. Here’s an added bonus – it contains no sugar so diabetics and those who are conscious of their sugar intake will surely enjoy every bite.
